These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and six6x6 (the Platform operator). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services provided through the six6x6 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live casino tables, sports betting, crash games, slots, and all associated promotional and customer support services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the six6x6 platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact our support team to arrange its closure. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with six6x6's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant supplementary document.

six6x6 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on six6x6, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. six6x6 will verify your age as part of the mandatory KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual human being). Registrations by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from six6x6 or any other online gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme. If you are currently subject to a self-exclusion, you must not attempt to open a new account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any sanctions, PEP (Politically Exposed Person), or anti-money laundering watchlists applicable in the jurisdictions in which six6x6 operates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

six6x6 employs age verification measures at the point of registration and as part of our ongoing KYC review process. We may request official identity documents including national identity cards, passports, or driving licences to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately, conduct a full review, and where necessary, close the account permanently and void any outstanding bonus balances in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.

To access real-money games and betting markets on six6x6, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the six6x6 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether under your own name or a different name — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, six6x6 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonus balances associated with those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account. Any activity that occurs through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified six6x6 of a security breach or unauthorised access.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact six6x6 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. We strongly recommend that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to add an additional layer of security to their account.

six6x6 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or has otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

six6x6 offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed prominently on the relevant promotional page.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only and not to any simultaneously held real-money balance.

Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

One bonus per household / device / IP address: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same offer through the creation of duplicate accounts or by using shared devices or connections will be treated as a violation of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and free spin awards carry an expiry date, which is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements before the expiry date will be removed from your account balance automatically.

six6x6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to withhold or reclaim bonus funds in the event of suspected abuse. Players who are suspected of exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may have their bonus funds voided and their accounts reviewed for compliance with these terms.

six6x6 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with six6x6 support.
• Money laundering: Using the six6x6 platform for any purpose connected with the laundering of funds derived from illegal activity. six6x6 complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or co-ordinated betting strategies in live casino environments.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the six6x6 platform in a manner not intended for human players. Any winnings generated through automated play will be voided.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on six6x6. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the corresponding amount will be recovered from their remaining balance where possible.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any technical fault, display error, pricing mistake, or system malfunction to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable. Any winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided and the relevant bet stakes returned.
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Using the six6x6 platform to conduct any commercial activity not expressly authorised in writing by six6x6, including promoting third-party services to other players.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language in any interaction with six6x6 staff or in any player-facing communication channel operated by six6x6.

six6x6 employs continuous monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity across all accounts and gaming sessions. If prohibited conduct is detected, we will investigate fully before taking action. However, where the evidence of a violation is unambiguous, we reserve the right to act immediately to protect the platform and other players.

six6x6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost, accessible directly from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Session time limits: Configure maximum continuous gaming session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, you will be prevented from placing further wagers until the limit period resets.

• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the six6x6 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. All marketing communications will be stopped immediately upon self-exclusion.

six6x6 will never encourage players to increase their deposits, extend their gaming sessions, or continue playing when a player has expressed a desire to stop or take a break. Any staff member or automated system found to be in violation of this principle will be subject to immediate review.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6x6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers exclude all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the six6x6 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if six6x6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the six6x6 platform, including odds, game results, or promotional content.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit six6x6's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The six6x6 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are adequate for accessing the platform securely.

In any event, six6x6's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6x6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. When changes of a material nature are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the six6x6 platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amended terms take effect.

Termination by six6x6: We may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority, or if we decide to withdraw the six6x6 service from operation. In the event of account closure by six6x6 for reasons other than a breach by you, we will return your available real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination by you: You may close your account at any time by contacting six6x6 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests already submitted will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

Effect of termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions cease immediately. Any accrued Bonus Funds at the time of account closure are non-refundable and will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to the limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue to apply after termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to six6x6's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through that process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
